Meet with Confidence Perks + 2X Points Offer Terms and Conditions
Meet with Confidence Perks + 2X Points Offer (the “Offer”) available at participating IHG® hotels in Australia.
Offer applies only to group bookings of at least 10 rooms on peak and up to 50 guestrooms on peak.
Offer allows for no cancellation fees if group event is cancelled at least 14 days prior to contract start date (scheduled arrival date), and no rooms revenue attrition fees when group block is adjusted at least 14 days prior to contract start date (scheduled arrival date).
To qualify for the Offer, groups must be booked with a mutually signed contract between 1 July 2021 and 31 December 2021, and bookings must be consumed by 31 December 2021. Food & beverage minimums may apply.
Offer must be requested at time of customer’s request for proposal and must be included in the contract with the hotel.
Offer is applicable to new business only (business not currently being negotiated or contracted).
Offer not valid on previously cancelled or rescheduled groups, meetings or events.
Offer not applicable on previously booked groups and meetings business and is not valid in conjunction with citywide bookings.
Offer not available for repeat bookings, is based on availability, and does not apply to group bookings contracted prior to 1 July 2021 at an IHG® hotel and/or in conjunction with another promotional offer or master service agreement.
Additional exclusions may apply, and all bookings are subject to terms included in the hotel contract.
Offer is available to third party group intermediaries for commissionable rates.
IHG® Business Rewards members earn points on group bookings per standard terms and conditions found here for qualifying groups, meetings, and events bookings. Offer subject to IHG® Rewards, including IHG Business Rewards, membership terms and conditions.
You do not have to be an IHG Business Rewards member to participate in the Meet with Confidence Perks + 2X Points Offer (the “Offer”), but you must be an IHG Business Rewards member to receive IHG Rewards points as part of the Offer.
Double IHG® Business Rewards Points Terms and Conditions:
This Offer is subject to the standard IHG Business Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions and earning structure, which can be obtained by visiting www.ihg.com/businessrewards. Any capitalised terms used herein and not specifically defined shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the IHG Rewards membership terms and conditions, which include the IHG Business Rewards terms and conditions.
To receive IHG Rewards points as part of the Offer, you must be an IHG® Business Rewards Member, you must have accepted the IHG Business Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions (www.ihg.com/businessrewards), and you must have registered for the Offer (“Registration”).
By clicking “register now” you are registering for the Offer. Upon Registration, IHG Business Rewards members, subject to these terms and conditions, can earn Double points (6 Points for every $1 USD Spend instead of 3 Points) on Qualifying Spend booked as part of the Offer from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021 for stays and events consumed from 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021.
The first 3 Points earned on every $1 USD as part of the Offer are considered Elite Qualifying Points that count towards IHG Rewards Elite status. The additional 3 Points earned on every $1 USD as part of the Offer are bonus points and are not Elite Qualifying Points.
Qualifying Spend can be made up of multiple events and/or a single event up to the value of $20,000 USD during the Offer Period.
There is no limit on the number of events at the value of $20,000 USD in Qualified Spend that a member can book and consume under this Offer. For this Offer to apply, Bookings must be made between 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021 (“Booking Period”) for Qualifying stays and events held between 1 July 2021 to 31 December 2021 (“Stay Period”) for Events with 10 Guest Rooms to 50 Guest Rooms peak night with or without meeting space.
Spend for Events booked outside of the Booking Period will not qualify for Double Points.
Members will need to Register before the Event start date to qualify for Double Points. Spend for Events booked prior to Registration will not qualify for Double Points.
Members will only receive bonus points for stays and events occurring within the Stay Period. A stay or event can begin before the Stay Period or end after the Stay Period, but members will only receive the Offer bonus points for dates within the Stay Period.
Stays or events that occurred before or after the Stay Period are excluded.
This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
